The wire, by putting a pressure on teeth, cause them to change their placement in a controlled way. The entire process of teeth straightening takes up more or less two years. Invisalign
It’s one of the modern method of bite correction. It depends on applying movable elements in the form of plastic braces. Invisalign is made with the use of 3D image of teeth, it doesn’t feature any metal elements and the treatment course can be set already at the first visit in an orthodontist office. Such braces are recommended to people with minor bite defects, because it isn’t that visible, yet very effective. The treatment lasts more or less a year, and the cost of it can be afforded only by people with deep pockets.
Lingual Braces
Contrary to regular braces, this one is placed at the back of dental curve. Two greatest assets of this solution is comfort of the patient and the fact that the braces are invisible at the first glance. Use of lingual braces might cause lisp but this happens only at the beginning of the treatment and vanishes fast. Treating dental defects thanks to lingual braces brings out highly satisfactory effects. It lasts up to 30 months and costs around one or two thousand dollars.
